Refund Policy & Cancellation Rules

Because we operate on a strictly one-on-one, stress-free basis, each appointment slot is dedicated exclusively to one pet. If you miss your appointment, we lose the opportunity to serve another client.
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- We kindly require at least 24 to 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
- Failure to provide notice or "No-Shows" may result in a cancellation fee, or a requirement to pay a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
2. Service Refunds- No Refunds on Completed Services
: Due to the personalized nature of pet grooming, we do not issue monetary refunds once a service has been completed and the pet has been picked up.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your pet's haircut or groom, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly adjust or touch up the groom free of charge to meet your expectations.
3. Deposits (If Applicable)- Any online booking deposits required during peak seasons or for specific services are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
